Richard Ramirez, known as the Nightstalker, was an American serial killer who committed a series of crimes in California between 1984 and 1985. He was responsible for 13 murders and 5 attempted murders, and a lot more. Ramirez often left satanic symbols at the scenes. He was eventually caught and sentenced to death.
